Ocean State Pop Warner (OSPW) is a new league which formed in 2009. While we are relatively new, we have deep roots in Pop Warner with many of our associations coming from many decades of previous membership in Pop Warner leagues, as recent as RISMA in 2008 and earlier with the former South West Rhode Island (SWRI) Pop Warner league.

In 2009, OSPW was run by the New England Region Board of Directors as stated by Pop Warner by-laws. In 2010, our associations voted in a brand new board of directors.
