We have dry certification on Tuesday 8/24. In additional to your books and player photos, please bring 3 printed copies of your rosters for each of your teams.
Also, we need the names of your 3 Volunteers for weigh-in on Saturday.
As we talked about at the meeting last week, early weigh on thursday at 5:30pm at the Warwick PAL office. We are requiring both the player’s name and a reason for the early weigh in. This will be the only early weigh in, if you player cannot attend regular weigh in on Saturday and misses this early weigh in, they will not be able to play until week 3, after late weigh in, no exceptions.

For new participants to your organization who live in another associations boundaries:
OSPW Waiver Form
For current participants who have been with an organization for two or more years shall be considered grandfathered into that organization. If the participant moves outside of the boundaries of that organization, the individual shall be allowed to stay with the original organization.

“Due to the overwhelming response to this years annual banquet and our desire to accommodate all scholars and their family members, who responded by the March 1, 2010 deadline, we have moved the event to the DANA-FARBER FIELD HOUSE. The Dana-Farber is located at Patriot Place in Gillette Stadium and is the practice facility used by the Patriots during inclement weather. It will be transformed on Saturday April 10, 2010 to house the New England Pop Warner Little Scholars 14th Annual Awards Banquet.”
